ACTIVE volunteers only:  action required

The diocese has created a CMG account for all Virtus users. If you CURRENTLY volunteer in our parish:

1. Login to your CMG account following the instructions on the DOC webpage below.  Do NOT create a new account! 
2. On your Dashboard page, check your Certification Status

• If your certification is expired, complete the required online training labeled Safe Environment Training & Background Check for volunteers.  You may need up to 1.5 hours to complete the separate modules.
• If your certification is not expired, you are finished for now. The CMG Connect system will notify you by email when it is time to log back in and complete your assigned training.
• If you do not see your imported information from VIRTUS, or if you have other questions, please contact our parish's Safe Environment coordinator.

INACTIVE/previous volunteers:  no action needed

If you volunteered in the past but are not currently serving, please DO NOT complete the training modules or submit a background check in CMG Connect. 

You may notify our parish Safe Environment coordinator here that you received an email from the diocese about the new system but are not currently volunteering.
