Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House needs 8-10 volunteers per month to cook, serve, and clean up a delicious meal we prepare at the new Charlotte location. This “home away from home” is for families of seriously ill or injured children seeking treatment at either of the 2 area children’s hospitals. Providing a home cooked meal is a small but loving way for us to help those families facing a medical crisis with their beloved child.

St. Gabriel serves dinner the second Thursday of the month.  Volunteers are needed from 3:30 - 7:30 pm to transport, prepare and serve dinner.  St. Gabriel serves brunch on the third Sunday of the month.  Volunteers are needed from 8:00 - 11:00 am to transport, prepare and serve. Contact Don Rauch at or Jean Carlino at for details or to sign up.
