Bereavement Prayer Group

Our Catholic faith allows us to be firm believers in the power of prayer. When life events such as a death happen, those left behind feel need to be comforted by prayer. People from all across our parish can participate, giving perfect strangers or friends and family strength and comfort.  Through prayer, the St. Gabriel Bereavement Prayer group pray for those families in need of God’s help and comfort due to the death of a family member. The members of the group share their gift of prayer for those who request their help.

There are no meetings. The group receives an email from me of those we have been asked to pray for from the following weeks deaths that have occurred in our church family. Contact Elizabeth Patterson at 704-661-8460 or by email.
